SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed immediately after receipt of payment and will ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Please allow at least 1-2 complete business days before you receive your email that includes tracking information. Currently, we only ship to the U.S.
We work closely with our warehouses to ensure products are delivered within 15 business days after the purchase date. Please note that some items may ship sooner than others so product delivery can vary between orders.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If you receive your purchase and determine it doesn't best fit your needs, please email us at info@parkerprollc.com. We will gladly offer you a one-time discount if you need to make another purchase, instead.
We highly encourage you to donate any non-returnable purchases to your local animal shelter.
Damage & Issues Exception
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You have two business days after delivery to contact us with concerns.
A pre-paid label will then be sent to your email with return instructions.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your damaged item and send out an email with new tracking for its replacement.
